mixed feelings about this stay

small tv uncomfortable beds

My experience had some significant drawbacks. the small tv in the room was practically useless. It was hard to see the screen. the beds were also quite uncomfortable. i could feel springs poking through, preventing a good night's sleep, so i found it frustrating

I appreciated the early check-in. I arrived earlier than expected. The staff was quite lovely and helpful at reception. The location provided a short Uber ride to the centre.

I noticed a small amount of dust behind the radiator

free parking at the back worked well. the bed was decent and comfortable. the staff were friendly and accommodating.

the hotel is redecorating the rooms, so the room was overdue for a paint.

the hotel had a good location, especially with the short uber ride to the city center. it was a perfect place for headingly since it was close to many things. i appreciate the access to nearby amenities.

the hotel provided ample free parking behind the hotel and this was very important. i found the inclusion of en suite facilities to be useful, specially after long days. the breakfast was lovely and filling.

the reception staff was very friendly. mark and monica are always nice, friendly and helpful. i am grateful for the quick check-in process and the assistance i received. they provide a great experience.

small tv old beds

I thought the location was decent, and breakfast cost seven pounds extra. the shared toilets need updating. I also saw a slug on the roof beam and noticed timber giving up and needs checking soon. The TV in my room was small, so I listened to the radio. Beds were old. Springs poked me all night. The window did not seal shut so I heard noise from nearby student housing until 2 AM. I don't feel that this place deserves recommendation
